Prince Harry On a beautiful day Prince Harry made his second visit to the county to take part in a RFU Coaching day that was held at Salford Rugby Club. A very relaxed Prince met a number of RFU officials and local club representatives before beginning his day of coaching. After preliminary coaching the Prince joined in a rugby match that included both boys and girls from school in the locality. In the Clubhouse Prince Harry met a number of the participants and unveiled a plaque to commemorate his visit.

HRH then moved on to the Fire and Rescue HQ on Liverpool Road in Salford. This was a return visit to the building he had seen during the riots some years earlier. He met a number of the crews who were on duty during the riots and was updated on the current situation as well as meeting the duty crew and a number of Fire Cadets and viewing the work of the Prince’s Trust who share some of the site.
